1. Do you have a refund or exchange policy?
Unfortunately, during this time we do not submit refunds. However, we do allow exchanges if the product arrives damaged. If your product is damaged upon arrival please contact me via email within two days so I can assist you as soon as possible.
Note: All jewelry items come in a box.
2. When will you ship out my order?
I will ship them out typically within 24 to 48 hours. However, there could be a short delay in delivery due to COVID.
